Additional Description: 10,xxx actual mile 1-ton square body. The V30 replaced the K30 for the 1987 model year, but aside from now having fuel injection, was largely the same as the legendary K truck. This includes the larger 1 ton frame, Dana 60 front axle, full floating 14 bolt rear end, NP205 transfer case, Hydroboost brakes, and more, making this one of the most bullet-proof trucks ever conceived. 1987 was the first year of fuel injection on these trucks, and the K30 received a 4 bolt main version of the 350 backed by the TH400 transmission. This gorgeous truck has only 10,xxx miles and it shows as the body is rust-free. This truck was previously owned by a fire department and stored inside its entire life. Most of the electronics that used to be on the truck are unhooked and the bed used to sport a water tank, having been used to put out brush fires in its previous life.

Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1987 Chevrolet R/V 30 recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners.
